Instead of trying to do everything at once, I focused on improving the basics. I cleaned up the design, simplified the message, and made sure the concept was easy to understand. I also changed how I positioned the idea. Instead of competing directly with delivery apps, AfterHours Eats focuses on solving one specific problem: late night food for college students in a simple and affordable way.

AfterHours Eats is built around a few key values. The first is convenience. Students need food that fits into their schedules, especially late at night. The second is affordability. Most college students are not trying to spend a lot of money on food every night. The third is understanding real student behavior. The goal is not to create something complicated. It is to provide a simple solution that actually works. Long term, I see AfterHours Eats expanding beyond UTK. The need for late night food for college students exists on almost every campus. That includes getting more students to visit the site, collecting feedback, and seeing which products people are most interested in. I also plan to experiment with different marketing strategies, including social media promotion and campus partnerships. The goal is to better understand what students respond to and how to grow awareness. The focus right now is not perfection. It is progress.
